ECC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our marketing strategies to life. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this position will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, supporting day-to-day requests, and contributing to impactful projects that strengthen our brand and engagement. Requirements

An Associates/Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism (advertising/public relations), graphic design, or similar fields.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Graphic design experience preferred but not required (Adobe Creative Suite).

Responsibilities

Coordinate marketing activities such as: Trade show planning, preparation, and scheduling
Compile and distribute lead lists from email campaigns
Compile and distribute lead lists from trade shows
Internal marketing assets including business cards and email signatures
Marketing asset and promotional item orders
Assisting with hosted events
Compile, design, and distribute external and internal company newsletter
Develop and generate company product news through newsletter content
Develop, maintain, and update internal company website
Develop, maintain, and update internal and external marketing documents
Co-brand vendor materials to bolster marketing assets
Assist with marketing support requests
Complete individual projects as determined by the Marketing Manager as requests arise
Expand, maintain, and optimize marketing contacts database
