About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our environmental consulting marketing team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a foundation in AEC marketing who is ready to take ownership of proposal coordination, content development, and brand communications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Working alongside Proposal Managers, technical staff, and business development leadership, you will play a key supporting role in developing pursuit materials, maintaining marketing assets, and helping position the firm competitively across environmental, water resources, and infrastructure service markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Graphic Design, or related field
  • 2–5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience; AEC or environmental consulting experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of public sector procurement processes (RFPs, SOQs, QBS) preferred
  • Knowledge of or interest in environmental science, civil engineering, or related fields a plus
  • SMPS membership or CPSM pursuit encouraged
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to grow within the AEC marketing field

Responsibilities

  • Support proposal coordination including assembling, formatting, and proofreading RFP responses, SOQs, and qualifications packages
  • Assist in developing and maintaining proposal content libraries, boilerplate text, resumes, and project experience sheets
  • Coordinate with technical staff to gather project information and draft narrative content for proposals and marketing materials
  • Format and produce documents in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Word according to brand standards
  • Maintain and update CRM databases (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) with project data, contact records, and pursuit tracking
  • Support graphic design tasks including infographics, charts, maps, and photo editing for proposals and collateral
  • Assist with preparation of interview materials, leave-behinds, and presentation slides
  • Help coordinate award submissions, conference materials, and tradeshow logistics
