About The Position

Jetson is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and growth of our marketing programs across channels. You will help bring campaigns to life — from coordinating content and assets to tracking performance and keeping projects moving. This role's core focus is making sure the right work gets done, on time, and on brand.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment where performance expectations were high and clearly defined
  • A track record of managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Familiarity with a broad range of marketing channels including paid media, email, SEO, content, and organic social, plus hands-on experience with HubSpot.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to keep stakeholders informed and hold cross-functional teams accountable to shared timelines
  • High attention to detail with a proven ability to review creative assets and copy for accuracy, consistency, and quality before anything goes out the door
  • A collaborative working style paired with the self-direction to execute independently when needed
  • Experience with modern tools, including AI, to automate and make your day more efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously across paid, organic, email, social, and field marketing channels — owning timelines, assets, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Build and maintain campaign calendars, track deliverables, and hold yourself and others accountable to deadlines — escalating blockers early and keeping execution moving
  • Brief internal teams and external vendors to ensure assets are delivered on brand and on schedule; take ownership of the output quality, not just the handoff.
  • Track campaign performance by pulling reports, organizing data, and surfacing actionable insights.
  • Own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns from briefing through launch and reporting, with clear accountability for each stage of the process
  • Proactively identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements that measurably increase efficiency across the marketing team
  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline marketing workflows and improve output.
  • Be held accountable to performance targets — success in this role is measured against campaign delivery rates, deadline adherence, channel KPIs, and contribution to marketing-attributed pipeline.
