About The Position

Empire Homes is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to execute marketing initiatives in support of Empire Canada Homes’ corporate and residential brands. This role is located at our Empire Canada Head Office in Vaughan, ON. This posting is for a replacement position. The expected annual salary range for this role is $55,000 - $70,000/year. This position is also eligible to participate in our short-term incentive program. Please note the compensation information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, candidate’s geographical location, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of previous experience in a relevant role.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
  • High proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent critical thinking skills.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience within the homebuilding industry is considered an asset.
  • Experience with digital and social marketing is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives for all ECH corporate and residential communities. Includes but not limited to coordinating feedback on marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with external agency partners in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities throughout the development lifecycle in a timely, accurate, and effective manner.
  • Execute posting and community management for ECH’s social media accounts (currently Facebook and Instagram with the potential for future platforms to be added). Coordinate development and delivery of social media assets from external agency partners.
  • Reconcile marketing budgets, process invoices and estimates for third parties.
  • Review and coordinate changes to marketing floor plans.
  • Manage the ECH general email account.
  • Coordinate award submissions inclusive of BILD, OHBA, CHBA etc.
  • Manage ECH asset library and folders on SharePoint.
  • Coordination completion of visual assets to support marketing developments including renderings, product photography, videography and virtual staging.
  • Track and reporting on marketing campaign performance
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities (from a marketing perspective)
  • Travel by car within Ontario to visit sales offices, project sites, and competitor locations.
