About The Position

CunninghamLegal is a fast-growing, mid-sized law firm with multiple offices across California. As one of the state's premier Estate, Trust & Tax Planning firms, we serve mainly high net-worth clients as they protect and transfer multi-generational wealth. We’re currently looking for a creative and savvy Marketing Coordinator with experience supporting extensive marketing initiatives. As our creative lead, you will play a key role for the firm by coordinating and implementing communication projects, assisting with ad copy content for communications, organizing campaigns, creating marketing materials, assisting with pre and post video production and participate in brand management through advertising and social media. We are looking for a candidate that has 2-3 years of Marketing work experience. This position is in office Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of Marketing work experience
  • Strong creative lead with a passion for all marketing tasks from data and analytics to graphics, and copy.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Solid editing practices.
  • Team player willing to roll up sleeves and jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and implementation of communication projects such as weekly emails, monthly newsletters and assisting with ad copy content for communications.
  • Organize, schedule, coordinate speakers, and provide technical video support for webinars. Assist with pre/post video production. In-person events such as seminars or community outreach or local events as appropriate.
  • Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, emails and other marketing materials as needed by utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Canva or other design software.
  • Assist with the webinar video pre/ postproduction. Upload content to YouTube with thumbnail image, chapters and optimize content.
  • Manage engaged and non-engaged contacts, upload new contacts, delete / remove opt-out list and utilize system for marketing communications.
  • Participate in brand awareness through creating social media posts and other client / general public communications.
