About The Position

itD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to drive awareness and engagement across mid-market and SMB audiences by developing and executing strategic social media initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening brand presence, supporting revenue marketing efforts, and enabling sales and partner success through compelling digital storytelling. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in social media strategy, content development, and community management, along with a track record of delivering measurable engagement, audience growth, and lead generation outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels and online communities for a B2B or technology organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content best practices.
  • Experience developing and executing social media strategies and content calendars.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting mid-market or SMB customer segments.
  • Background in B2B technology or digital marketing environments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze competitor social media and community strategies to identify trends, opportunities, and differentiators within the mid-market and SMB landscape.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and content aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Create and manage social media content calendars to ensure consistent, engaging, and high-quality content across platforms.
  • Monitor social channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and moderate online communities, building relationships with customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and content teams to ensure messaging accuracy and support lead generation efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
  • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
  • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
  • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
  • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
  • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
