As the Marketing Coordinator, you will support our B2B marketing initiatives and revenue growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone who understands how marketing supports pipeline generation and enjoys executing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys and sales cycles
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
  • Analytical mindset with experience reviewing marketing performance data

Responsibilities

  • Coordinateand execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid media, webinars, field marketing, and content distribution)
  • Build email campaigns and landing pages in marketing automation platforms
  • Ensuretimelyhandoff of leads to Sales and support tracking in CRM
  • Collaborate closely with Sales to understand target accounts, buyer personas, and messaging priorities
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve conversion rates
  • Maintain campaign calendars and marketing documentation
  • Support reporting dashboards in CRM and marketing platforms
