Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and working closely with leadership, the Marketing Coordinator supports the credit union’s branding, communication, and member engagement efforts. This position is responsible for assisting in the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote FFCU’s mission, products, and services. The Marketing Coordinator helps ensure brand consistency across all communication channels while creating meaningful member-facing content that enhances awareness, engagement, and financial education. This role coordinates marketing campaigns, promotional materials, digital and print communications, community outreach efforts, and SEG (Select Employee Group) relationship initiatives to strengthen FFCU’s visibility, business partnerships, and member relationships. By supporting strategic marketing and SEG engagement initiatives, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to FFCU’s commitment to being a lifelong partner in our members’ financial success.
