About The Position

Irwin Marine is seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Content Specialist to help showcase the boating lifestyle across New Hampshire’s Lakes Region. This role is responsible for creating engaging digital and print content that promotes boat sales, service, events, rentals, and the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate is highly organized, visually creative, and comfortable producing photography and video content for social media, websites, and email campaigns. A passion for boating, outdoor recreation, and marine culture is a major plus. Irwin Marine offers a fast-paced environment centered around the boating lifestyle and customer experience. Requirements

  • Experience with social media marketing and content creation.
  • Strong photography and video editing skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Interest in boating, lakeside lifestyle, or outdoor recreation preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising and SEO
  • Experience with dealership, marine, or recreational vehicle marketing

Responsibilities

  • Provide pictures of the current boat inventory for website content and digital advertising efforts.
  • Create and manage social media content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Capture and edit photo/video content featuring inventory boats, customers, events, and dealership activities.
  • Write marketing copy for advertisements, email campaigns, blogs, and website updates.
  • Promote boat inventory arrivals, boat shows, seasonal sale specials, and dealership events.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales and service departments.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media channels.
  • Assist with event marketing and community outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor social media engagement and customer interaction.
  • Track and submit all co-op marketing invoices and receipts to the relevant boat brands that offer these incentives.
