Join Generations Bank as a Full Time Marketing Content & Creative Specialist in Rogers, where you will develop and execute high-quality content and creative assets that support marketing strategies and campaigns. This role focuses on social media, website management, Generative Engine Optimization, and digital content creation while working collaboratively with the Marketing Associate to execute cohesive, on-brand campaigns. The Marketing Content & Creative Specialist at Generations Bank plays a pivotal role in developing and executing high-quality content and creative assets that drive our marketing strategies and campaigns. This position emphasizes social media engagement, website management, and Generative Engine Optimization, ensuring our digital presence stands out in a competitive market. As you harness your skills in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom for digital content creation, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Associate to execute cohesive, on-brand campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and/or 2 or more years of professional experience in content creation, creative development, or digital marketing.
  • 1 or more years of experience in the Adobe Creative Suite - with focus in Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere Pro.
  • Submission of a sample marketing campaign.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions, and the mental/physical demands of the job.
  • Current driver's license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in videography and photography
  • Experience using Envato, Eleven Labs, Submagic, and Copilot.
  • Experience supporting or executing content strategies aligned with organizational goals and brand voice
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools used for content development, design, video, or workflow efficiency.
  • Understanding of Generative Engine Optimization principles and performance-based content optimization.
  • Experience reviewing content performance through analytics (i.e., Google Analytics) and reporting tools and applying insights.
  • Experience creating content for paid digital campaigns, including social media or display advertising.
  • Portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work, including digital graphics, video, photography,and written content.

Responsibilities

  • Develops, produces, schedules, and publishes content for social media, digital campaigns, email, and website platforms.
  • Manages and maintains content calendars, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and consistent messaging across channels.
  • Monitors and updates website content, ensuring Generative Engine Optimization best practices are followed.
  • Analyzes website and social performance metrics and prepares basic performance summaries to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Executes campaign assets aligned with brand standards and strategic direction.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing Associate on campaign timelines and priorities.
  • Tracks digital trends and recommend creative enhancements.
  • Represents the bank, through direct participation and/or attendance coordination, in various civic and community functions in all markets to enhance its image and develop new business. This is done both locally and out of town.
  • Keeps abreast of changes in federal and state banking regulations; ensures that necessary changes are implemented in a timely fashion.
