About The Position

Scalia is seeking a dynamic and highly responsive Marketing Content Coordinator to join our innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and producing high-quality marketing and presentation materials, with a particular focus on preparing executive-level presentations and supporting time-sensitive requests from the President and COO. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess exceptional attention to detail, and be able to transform complex information into compelling, visually engaging content. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting tight deadlines. This opportunity is open to both part-time candidates and freelance/independent contractors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Experience in Graphic Design and within the real estate industry (ideally).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent storytelling and content creation skills tailored to property marketing.
  • Comfortable working at fast pace and with changing priorities
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bilingual (French and English).

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Canva or other design and editing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with us to produce high-quality, engaging materials, including corporate presentations, infographics and letters.
  • Manage and maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including property listings, signage, and digital platforms.
