About The Position

Philips is seeking individuals currently pursuing a bachelor's degree to participate in opportunities at their Cambridge site. This role assists in developing and implementing Business-to-Consumer (B2C) campaign strategies and plans across paid, owned, and earned channels for various markets, under the guidance of senior Content Managers. The position contributes to market Public Relations (PR) and Influencer Marketing (IM) strategy implementation, following established guidelines to drive media success and nurture relationships with media outlets. The role operates under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance. It also participates in delivering and executing the strategy for owned social media and content planning, collaborating with creative teams to create engaging content for different platforms. Additionally, the role assists in monitoring campaign performance and adheres to campaign success measurement frameworks, reporting findings to senior Content Managers.

Requirements

  • Working toward a bachelor's in communication, marketing or media
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, Social Owned Media, Campaign Management, Public Relations in Healthcare or Consumer Goods domain or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
