About The Position

ReFiBuy is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to articulate the complexities of Agentic Commerce Optimization, a significant shift in the commerce landscape. This is a writing-intensive role where you will collaborate on campaigns, product launches, sales enablement, and PR. Your primary responsibility will be to transform intricate concepts into understandable and actionable content for buyers. You will be instrumental in developing an editorial strategy that leverages ReFiBuy's founder insights, product knowledge, customer interactions, and market data to create content across various formats including written, video, sales, and campaign materials. This role reports to the VP of Growth and involves close collaboration with founders, sales, product, and partnerships teams.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years in content marketing, product marketing, editorial, brand storytelling, or growth marketing, preferably within B2B SaaS, ecommerce, retail tech, data, or AI.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills across both long-form and short-form content, including strategic essays, guides, landing pages, emails, and sales one-pagers.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical or market concepts into clear, compelling, and useful content for business audiences.
  • Strong editorial judgment with a high standard for clarity, accuracy, structure, and tone.
  • Experience creating content that supports both brand authority and revenue goals (e.g., sales enablement, campaigns, launches, pipeline-generating programs).
  • Comfort working directly with founders, sales leaders, product leaders, and SMEs to extract information and develop strong content.
  • A bias toward action: ability to work with incomplete information, ask pertinent questions, work efficiently, and produce strong drafts without waiting for perfect briefs.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI, commerce, marketplaces, retail, product data, and emerging technology categories.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and maintain ReFiBuy's core messaging around Agentic Commerce Optimization, the AI shopping shift, and necessary actions for brands and retailers.
  • Write across various formats including blogs, guides, customer stories, landing pages, emails, video scripts, sales materials, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Create long-form editorial content such as POV pieces, frameworks, benchmark reports, and category education to establish ReFiBuy as a leader in the AI-and-commerce conversation.
  • Support integrated campaigns by developing messaging and copy for email, paid ads, website pages, events, webinars, nurture sequences, and other go-to-market assets.
  • Develop sales enablement and customer-facing materials to help the team explain market shifts, create urgency, differentiate ReFiBuy, and guide prospects from interest to action.
  • Translate product releases into market-facing stories, including launch messaging, announcement content, sales talk tracks, email copy, video scripts, and amplification assets.
  • Manage an editorial calendar, utilizing sales feedback, customer conversations, content engagement, and pipeline influence to inform future content strategy.
