Requirements

3+ years of marketing experience with a track record of measurably improving efficiency, not just growing volume
Direct, hands-on experience managing paid ad spend, vendor relationships, and channel budgets
Working fluency in marketing unit economics: cost per lead, cost per job, payback period, channel ROI
Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google LSAs; comfort building executive-level reports

Responsibilities

Build the dashboard: Stand up weekly/monthly cost-per-lead and cost-per-job reporting within 90 days
Audit and cut: Audit ad spend, vendors, and agency contracts within 60 days; cut or renegotiate what's underperforming
Grow the cheap channel: Increase referral, repeat, and membership-driven revenue as a share of total leads
Build community presence: Establish A&A as a visible, trusted name in San Antonio — tracked as a real lead source
Protect volume: Maintain or improve lead volume and booked-job counts throughout
