About The Position

InnovaCare Management Services Company, LLC is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to drive membership growth by achieving and exceeding a target of 10+ new members monthly. This role involves building and managing strategic relationships with health plans, brokers, senior communities, and local partners. The specialist will execute daily outreach and networking efforts to generate referrals and enhance brand visibility, as well as plan and deliver presentations, events, and community engagement initiatives. A strong and consistent market presence is essential to drive awareness and trust. The role also requires owning performance tracking and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on outreach activity and results, and partnering cross-functionally to support growth and retention strategies.

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent with strong presentation ability
  • Associate’s degree or higher
  • Experience in Medicare Advantage, healthcare outreach, or senior-focused services
  • Proven success in relationship building, networking, and community engagement
  • Strong organizational, tracking, and reporting discipline
  • Confident public speaking and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work in a high-travel, field-based environment (up to 90%)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
