Marketing & Communications Internship
About The Position
Looking for an internship that gives you real leadership experience—not just busy work? At Soccer Shots, you'll spend your semester building leadership skills, coaching amazing kids, working alongside a young and energetic team, and gaining hands-on experience in business, marketing, operations, and sports management. Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Passion for working with children
- Interest in sports, business, education, or leadership
Nice To Haves
- Soccer experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Coaching Soccer Shots sessions throughout the Richmond area
- Helping coordinate seasonal schedules
- Running community events and Free Fun Days
- Creating social media content
- Visiting partner schools
- Assisting with marketing campaigns
- Recruiting future coaches
- Supporting season operations
- Helping execute special events
- Working alongside the leadership team on real business projects
