About The Position

This autonomous, regionally based role works closely with Sedgman’s global Marketing & Communications team. You will take ownership of day‑to‑day content delivery and regional marketing activity, operating within agreed strategies, systems, approval workflows and brand governance frameworks. While based in-region, you will be an active part of a collaborative global team. As a Marketing & Communications Advisor supporting a key growth region, you will be responsible for delivering marketing and communications activity aligned to global plans, ensuring consistency of message, tone and brand across all channels. You will create and manage high‑quality content for internal and external audiences, including digital platforms and social media, as part of a wider global team. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders to support campaigns and communications needs, working independently while ensuring alignment with global priorities. You will apply Sedgman’s brand guidelines by reviewing content, managing approvals and ensuring all communications meet brand governance and quality standards. You will use Sedgman systems and platforms (including websites, intranet and content approval workflows) to manage content review, publishing and ongoing updates. You will manage and maintain regional content on global websites and intranet platforms, ensuring system integrity and adherence to corporate standards.

Requirements

  • A solid foundation in marketing and communications with 5–7 years’ experience in an Advisor‑level role.
  • Proven experience creating and managing content across multiple channels, including digital platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and quality.
  • Demonstrated experience working within brand guidelines, approval processes and governance frameworks.
  • Confidence working autonomously in a regional role while collaborating effectively with a global team.
  • Sound organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related field (preferred).
  • Bilingual business proficiency in English and French is preferred.
