About The Position

Med-IQ is a leader in healthcare education, dedicated to empowering professionals, clinicians, and organizations with high-quality training, courses, and learning solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Co-op to collaborate and support the current Med-IQ on building innovative campaigns that expand our reach, strengthen engagement, and position our brand as the trusted authority in healthcare education. The Marketing Co-op will play a supporting role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This individual will work closely with Med-IQ’s marketing manager and digital learning group to be hands-on for strategy development and execution, working to build awareness, generate leads, and develop customer leads.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard productivity tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Interest in healthcare, education, or regulated industries
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of strategist‑led marketing campaigns across email, social media, newsletters, and digital content
  • Maintain and update marketing calendars, timelines, and deliverables
  • Ensure marketing tactics are scheduled, approved, and deployed on time
  • Assist with building, scheduling, testing, and deploying email campaigns
  • Perform QA on email content, links, formatting, and compliance
  • Support list management, segmentation, and basic performance reporting
  • Draft, schedule, and publish social media posts aligned with campaign goals
  • Monitor engagement and compile performance metrics
  • Maintain content libraries and posting schedules
  • Track and organize campaign performance metrics (email and social)
  • Update spreadsheets and dashboards for strategist review
  • Assist with post‑campaign summaries and insights
  • Conduct research on audiences, trends, competitors, and digital opinion leaders
  • Support campaign planning, brainstorming, and documentation
  • Participate in marketing meetings and cross‑functional collaboration
