Implement LATAM marketing campaigns to match global strategies and deadlines. Manage complete campaign lifecycles across digital, social, email, performance, partnerships, and events. Develop and execute local brand activities such as events, sponsorships, partnerships, and promos. Oversee localization and launch of assets in Spanish/Portuguese, upholding brand integrity. Assist with CRM campaigns for onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back flows. Lead campaign processes: briefs, schedules, translations, reviews, compliance, and tracking. Function as the main link between Central Marketing and LATAM operations. Detect process issues and enhance workflows for greater efficiency. Evaluate, analyze, and report on campaign execution and KPIs.
