We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple business units within our Compliance Division. This role will act as the key liaison between each business unit and our external marketing agency to drive pipeline growth across the division’s portfolio of products and services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 2+ years in campaign management.
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple business units or products within a division.
  • Proven success driving integrated campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes (pipeline, revenue)
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot (or Marketo/Eloqua), Google Analytics, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation best practices.
  • Able to translate business objectives into measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Balances creative concepts with analytical rigor to ensure campaigns ladder up to pipeline, revenue, and brand goals.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of audience segmentation and funnel dynamics.
  • Comfortable interpreting campaign data to identify patterns, draw insights, and recommend next steps.
  • Skilled at using experimentation frameworks (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to validate hypotheses and continuously improve performance.
  • Drives campaigns from ideation through post-mortem with exceptional organization and attention to detail.
  • Anticipates dependencies across channels, timelines, and stakeholders; maintains clear documentation and repeatable processes for scale.
  • Communicates campaign goals, insights, and results clearly across marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Skilled in vendor and stakeholder management, ensuring alignment on deliverables, expectations, and optimization decisions.
  • Thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Rapidly adapts to performance trends, feedback, or market changes while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
  • Demonstrates curiosity and continuous learning in new platforms, tools, and testing methods.
  • Shows strong creative judgment and an eye for brand consistency across channels.
  • Partners effectively with content and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals drive engagement while staying true to the company’s identity.
  • Final candidate must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Vertical B2B SaaS experience in Pharmacy, Cosmetic Tech, ERPs, or compliance-focused business solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead comprehensive, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned to business unit goals.
  • Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to understand target audiences, value propositions, and key business priorities to inform marketing campaign strategy and messaging.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, partnering with business unit functional teams and our external marketing agency.
  • Own campaign timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Continuously test, optimize, and iterate based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner closely with sales to ensure campaign alignment, support enablement, and accelerate opportunities.
  • Communicate campaign plans, performance, and insights to key stakeholders across marketing and business leadership.
