About The Position

SWTCH is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to support the company's growth. This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at generating, nurturing, and converting leads. The position will also lead the tradeshow & events portfolio and manage scalable marketing programs to drive revenue growth. This is a 12-month contract role covering maternity leave, reporting to the VP of Marketing, and is a hybrid position for someone based near the Toronto office.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in field, digital, or growth marketing.
  • Experience planning and managing events.
  • Track record of building and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling marketing content and messaging.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalents), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Native in various AI tools to bring efficiency to every project.
  • Analytical mindset — able to turn data into insights and action.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fully remote team.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry tradeshow experience is an asset.
  • Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, EV charging, sustainable energy, or related technical areas is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage SWTCH’s event portfolio — including industry trade shows, conferences, and hosted events — ensuring strategic alignment, brand visibility, and measurable outcomes.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads using digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events.
  • Utilize Salesforce’s Marketing Automation platform to streamline lead management, email marketing, and reporting, including building and refining drip campaigns and audience segments.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools, and use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Marketing Communications to produce relevant content for all stages of the funnel, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and infographics.
