About the position
Correlation One is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join their growing marketing team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in developing and executing multi-channel campaign roadmaps in a B2B environment, with a strong understanding of the needs of senior enterprise decision-makers. The Marketing Campaign Manager will partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, demand, pipeline, and bookings. This is a remote position with the ideal candidate on the US East Coast. The compensation range for this position is specific to location and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions.
Responsibilities
- Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation campaigns that result in sales pipeline and revenue for firmographic-defined market segments.
- Develop and deploy integrated marketing campaigns, including strategy ideation, internal team alignment, segment definitions, email nurture creation, ownership of top-of-funnel virtual events, and measuring results.
- Apply a “fail fast” mindset to marketing campaigns to learn continuously by conducting experiments regularly.
- Partner with other marketing team members to build persona-based buyer journeys.
- Ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns.
- Collaborate with SDRs on top-of-funnel campaigns.
- Autonomously develop marketing automation assets required for engaging and converting prospects across the buyer journey, including emails, landing pages, and more.
- Provide ongoing reporting and insights for stakeholders.
- Define processes where needed and document them for the team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience and a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaign roadmaps in a B2B environment (experience targeting enterprise companies is essential).
- Experience using marketing data to make intelligent decisions that lead to positive outcomes.
- A strong understanding of the needs of senior enterprise decision-makers.
- Proven experience working autonomously and delivering hands-on results (remote-first experience is highly desirable).
- Strong hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred) without a centralized marketing ops team.
- Experience working with Salesforce as a marketing user.
- Experience working in a B2B software marketing team.
- Experience with running A/B tests, designing experiments, and analyzing campaign results.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools, particularly Google Sheets.
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ownership of work.
