About the position
The Operations Analyst (OA) at Correlation One collaborates with Program Managers to manage the company's live, online training programs. They work with various teams and stakeholders to complete projects that analyze program data and support the success of the training programs. The ideal candidate is a skilled project manager who can handle multiple tasks and deadlines, and they have a strong work ethic and a desire to make a positive impact through education. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Program Managers to manage Correlation One's live, online training programs
- Work with Business Operations and Curriculum teams, instructors, and teaching assistants to complete ad hoc projects and uncover insights about data and digital skills training programs
- Analyze program data and provide support for live classes to ensure engagement and benefit for learners, teaching assistants, instructors, and other stakeholders
- Assist Program Manager in running a successful admissions process, including application setup and launch, applicant pipeline monitoring and reporting, and marketing initiatives
- Provide necessary applicant support to ensure strong enrollment
- Learn quickly and navigate ambiguity productively and patiently
- Have an interest in changing lives through education
- Assist with the preparation and launch of training programs, including application management, instructional staff hiring, cross-functional team collaboration, and client communication
- Collaborate with Product and Operations team to run business operations, with a focus on data science and data analytics training programs
- Create a friendly, professional learning environment by troubleshooting learner needs and responding to inquiries
- Perform anecdotal and statistical analysis on collected product data to uncover actionable insights
- Complete ad hoc projects related to data science and data analytics training programs
- Collaborate with internal team to assess and test new products and build growth strategies
- Manage live class operations on Saturdays, with a day off during the week to offset working on Saturdays
- Have 0-2 years of full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role
- Have a minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
- Have experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency
