Lead Instructor: Enterprise Data Fluency

The job overview for this role is to lead instruction for a small cohort in a live online classroom for 10 weeks. The instructor will be responsible for delivering live lectures, providing learner support through office hours and messaging, and facilitating a data storytelling project as the final deliverable. The role is part-time, remote, and paid, with a weekly commitment of approximately 3 hours. The goal of the program is to increase data literacy within the firm and upskill individual learners to feel more comfortable working with data.

• Lead instruction for a small cohort (~25 employees) at leading firms in a live online classroom for 10 weeks
• Provide learner support through live office hours and asynchronous messaging
• Conduct live lectures every week
• Review program materials prior to the beginning of the program
• Coordinate with Correlation One on logistical details of teaching the program
• Deliver lectures virtually using Zoom or other virtual learning technologies
• Dedicate approximately 3 hours per week to the program
• Increase the level of data literacy within the firm
• Upskill individual learners to feel more comfortable working with data
• Convey data-related topics to cross-functional stakeholders
• Simplify and explain data concepts, as well as relate them to business objectives
