The Marketing Business Performance Manager helps Marketing leadership understand business performance and use available data and reporting to guide decisions. This position maintains visibility into campaign performance, promotional effectiveness, customer engagement, loyalty results, marketing expenditures, vendor performance, and return on marketing investment. The Marketing Business Performance Manager works with enterprise data and analysis produced or validated by Finance and the company’s analytics team. The role defines Marketing’s business questions and reporting requirements, reviews and interprets approved reporting, identifies relevant trends and gaps, and translates findings into clear recommendations and actions. Those responsibilities remain with the appropriate Finance and enterprise analytics teams. The position works closely with Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, Operations, Digital, Loyalty, IT, Campaign Strategy, Content, and external marketing partners to establish appropriate performance measures, improve business visibility, and support timely, informed marketing decisions.
