About The Position

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven leader to oversee marketing, brand development, and revenue growth initiatives across our organization. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can connect brand, leasing performance, and revenue growth into one cohesive strategy. You will lead an in-house marketing team consisting of: Associate Marketing Manager, Marketing Administrative Assistant, Marketing & Leasing Specialist, Marketing Design Specialist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility with hours and days worked
  • Proven experience in multifamily housing, real estate, or property management marketing
  • Strong background in brand building and business development
  • Demonstrated ability to connect marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading and developing teams
  • Both strategic thinker and hands-on executor
  • A leader who brings clarity, creativity, and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a clear, differentiated brand strategy across residential and commercial assets
  • Oversee all marketing channels: digital, social, advertising, email, and on-site initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to specific properties and markets
  • Partner with leadership to drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and revenue growth
  • Support commercial leasing efforts with targeted marketing and outreach strategies
  • Develop campaigns that directly contribute to lead generation
  • Bring a modern, forward-thinking creative mindset to elevate campaigns and brand perception
  • Challenge existing approaches and implement more effective, data-driven strategies
  • Oversee content, design, and messaging to ensure it resonates with target audiences
  • Mentor and develop the marketing team
  • Establish clear processes, accountability, and performance standards
  • Foster a culture of creativity, ownership, and continuous improvement
