The Brand Marketing Manager in the Business Center will manage current and future vehicles in defining and optimizing marketing strategies, sales, profitability, incentives and communications to dealers. This individual will be the lead manager for the Jeep brands and will be accountable for delivering monthly retail sales and share objectives, while focusing on the regional development of a brand and product awareness. The Jeep Brand Manager will also be responsible for creating & implementing regional incentive proposals and monitoring the program effectiveness and efficiency once in market. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to use data to clearly identify market trends, and make concise recommendations to Business Center Senior Leadership in delivering defined results. The role will require creative thinking, flexibility with daily time management, strong analytical abilities/presentation/communication skills and confidence with proposing results-driving initiatives to a variety of audiences.
