You’re a hands-on marketing technologist who enjoys building, launching, and optimizing campaigns. You’re comfortable working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, eager to learn, and excited to take ownership of campaign execution across email and SMS. You’re naturally curious and not afraid to test new ideas - whether that’s improving a journey, streamlining a workflow, or exploring how AI tools can help speed up campaign development. You’re detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated by seeing campaigns from concept to launch. Zelis is looking for a Marketing Automation Strategist to support the execution and optimization of member marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and other outbound channels. This role is primarily focused on building and deploying campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey orchestration, automation workflows, and campaign QA. You’ll partner closely with marketing managers, analytics, and Salesforce teams to bring campaigns to life and ensure high-quality execution. In addition to campaign execution, you’ll contribute to ongoing improvements in marketing operations—supporting vendor coordination, process optimization, and exploration of new tools and technologies, including AI-driven solutions that improve speed to market and team efficiency.
