About the position
As a Marketing Automation Specialist at Vectra, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing marketing automation campaigns and systems. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and customer engagement through automated marketing campaigns. Your key responsibilities will include designing and configuring workflows, email templates, and landing pages, as well as conducting A/B tests to improve email performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with the BizOPS team to integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems and analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for optimization. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, proficiency in Marketo and/or HubSpot, and a strong understanding of email marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and optimize marketing automation campaigns
- Configure workflows, email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring models
- Ensure timely delivery of campaigns and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Create and optimize email programs and database-wide nurture programs
- Develop effective email templates, subject lines, and content
- Conduct A/B tests to improve email performance and deliverability
- Collaborate with BizOPS team to integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM systems
- Manage and maintain the marketing automation database
- Perform data segmentation and implement data cleansing measures
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and present key findings
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to meet marketing goals
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing automation
- Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive innovation and maximize marketing effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing automation, preferably with expertise in Marketo and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of email marketing strategies, including email design, content optimization, and deliverability best practices
- Experience with integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms
- Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to design, implement, maintain, and optimize marketing automation campaigns
- Knowledge of workflows, email templates, landing pages, and lead scoring models
- Experience with data segmentation, data cleansing, and analyzing campaign performance metrics
- Ability to generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance and present key findings to stakeholders
