This role is responsible for executing and reporting on customer and prospect-facing email marketing programs, covering demand generation, events, newsletters, and retention programs. The manager will collaborate with stakeholders to enhance campaign performance through innovative marketing strategies, email design, and copy. Key responsibilities include assisting in defining audience targeting strategy, testing methodologies, and measuring email marketing effectiveness. The role also involves developing tools, processes, and frameworks to promote best practices and deliver impactful email marketing programs. A significant focus will be on Customer Data Platform (CDP) activities, including building new journeys, creating segments, understanding data requirements for use cases, and ensuring data integrity, quality, and source identification. The individual must be able to independently configure and manage marketing journeys and campaigns. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.
