The Marketing Automation & Insights Specialist is responsible for executing email campaigns, building out the multi-channel marketing automation program, and reporting on campaign and segment performance. The incumbent will create audience segments; develop simple and complex journey maps and file automation; ensure email deliverability and performance; help ensure email list hygiene and data integrity; and report on performance of email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have proven experience using tools like Marketo, Prisma, HubSpot and similar, and will understand and be able to implement CAN-SPAM and email best practices. The Marketing Automation & Insights Specialist will work closely with IT/IS, retail, and broader marketing teams to implement campaigns. General direction is received from VP, Marketing.
