We are looking for a skilled Marketing Automation Consultant, focused in Marketo to join our growing delivery team. This is a hands-on role supporting a high volume of client campaigns and platform work across a range of Marketo engagements.

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years in marketing automation, marketing ops, or digital marketing with Marketo as a primary platform
  • Strong understanding of lead management, nurture architecture, scoring, segmentation, data hygiene, and QA best practices
  • Experience with CRM integrations, particularly Salesforce, including troubleshooting sync and data flow issues
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Clear written communication and strong organizational skills in a remote environment

Nice To Haves

  • Marketo Certification is a strong asset
  • Exposure to HubSpot, or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), is an asset
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page troubleshooting
  • Experience with data cleanup, integrations, or process automation tools
  • Familiarity with AI-enabled automation is a plus
  • Experience working in an agency, consultancy, or managed services
  • Hands-on ownership of campaign builds and optimization work across multiple concurrent accounts
  • Marketo and/or HubSpot certifications are nice to have

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy programmes (emails, landing pages, forms, smart campaigns, tokens, workflows)
  • Execute nurture, scoring, segmentation, routing, and lifecycle campaigns
  • Translate client requirements into scalable solutions
  • QA campaign builds, dynamic content, data flows, and CRM sync prior to launch
  • Support implementations, migrations, optimizations, and managed services engagements
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and recommend practical fixes
  • Keep documentation clean and flag blockers early
  • Contribute ideas that sharpen team efficiency and delivery consistency
