About The Position

Process Pro Consulting is a 5-star Diamond HubSpot Partner Agency that helps B2B companies run smarter through better systems. They focus on building clean, usable HubSpot environments that drive real results, while working closely with clients as true partners. This role is for a HubSpot Consultant (mid-to-senior level) to lead and support HubSpot CRM implementations, migrations, RevOps strategy, and marketing/sales automation initiatives. It is a client-facing consulting role focused on designing, building, and optimizing revenue systems across the full customer lifecycle in HubSpot. The consultant will work across multiple clients and projects, owning both strategy and execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM
  • 6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations (RevOps)
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing Automation / Sales Operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot workflows, automation, and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with CRM implementations or migrations
  • Hands-on experience with data structure, data hygiene, and system design
  • Experience managing multiple clients, stakeholders, or projects

Responsibilities

  • Lead HubSpot implementations, onboarding, migrations, and optimization projects
  • Configure HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Operations Hub)
  • Build workflows, automation, sequences, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and lead routing
  • Manage pipelines, deal stages, properties, permissions, and CRM architecture
  • Improve data quality, data governance, and CRM hygiene
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics
  • Support integrations (Salesforce, Zapier, APIs, third-party tools)
  • Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and campaigns
  • Support email marketing, segmentation, and nurture strategies
  • Improve sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Align marketing, sales, and customer success systems
  • Act as a trusted advisor on HubSpot, CRM strategy, and RevOps
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Communicate with stakeholders across marketing, sales, ops, and leadership
  • Deliver documentation, process mapping, and training materials (Loom, SOPs, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and account growth
