As a Senior Specialist, Marketing (CRM & Email), you’ll play a critical role in bringing our mission to life by delivering meaningful, personalized communications that connect with patients, families, and providers at every stage of their journey. This is more than campaign execution - it’s about using data, technology, and creativity to build experiences that truly resonate and make an impact. In this role, you’ll serve as a hands-on expert in CRM-driven and email marketing, leading the execution and optimization of targeted campaigns and automated journeys that support enterprise-wide marketing strategies. You’ll translate high-level strategy into precise, data-informed communications - leveraging audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to deliver the right message at the right time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve engagement, while ensuring all initiatives align with data governance, privacy, and consent standards. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a regular on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on remaining days.
