In this role, you’ll serve as a hands-on expert in CRM-driven and email marketing, leading the execution and optimization of targeted campaigns and automated journeys that support enterprise-wide marketing strategies. You’ll translate high-level strategy into precise, data-informed communications - leveraging audience segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation to deliver the right message at the right time. With a strong focus on performance, you’ll continuously test, analyze, and refine campaigns to improve engagement, while ensuring all initiatives align with data governance, privacy, and consent standards. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring a regular on-site presence of 2–3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely on remaining days. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in a related job discipline

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar enterprise tools).
  • Experience with A/B testing, deliverability best practices, and list hygiene.
  • Detail-oriented with strong QA and testing discipline.
  • Ability to balance operational execution with strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize CRM‑driven marketing campaigns, with a primary focus on email and automated journeys.
  • Partner with consultants and strategists to translate campaign objectives into effective CRM executions.
  • Monitor campaign performance and apply insights to improve deliverability, open rates, click‑through rates, and overall engagement.
  • Ensure CRM and email practices align with privacy, consent, and data governance standards.
  • Develops landing page content in collaboration with digital strategy and service line marketing team members.
  • Develops and executes annual integrated marketing plans and message strategy for divisions/programs under direction; applies subject matter expertise across all projects.
  • Leads M&C teams to execute marketing activities, including but not limited to direct marketing, digital content development, digital marketing, and advertising; employs project management techniques to complete marketing projects on schedule and on budget.
  • Manages projects to support senior marketing team members as needed.
  • Provides consultation for divisions and programs and recommends appropriate M&C strategies and tactics to support their goals; solves problems proactively; provides marketing and communications counsel to clients.
  • Identifies needs for marketing research and project manages that research with supervisory direction; provides subject matter expertise across projects.
  • Client relationship manager for multiple programs.
  • Manages expectations, identifies potential issues.
  • Identifies when appropriate to escalate issues up the chain of command.
  • Communicates project status and results to manager and clients.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal clients, M&C team and strategy and growth colleagues; works with internal and external agency partners, vendors and freelancers to complete projects.
