About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Associate part-time to support day-to-day marketing activities, production tasks, and event preparation. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone looking to build experience across multiple areas of marketing, including creative projects, logistics, and event support.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new skills
Good organization and time management skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
Basic experience with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suites)
Interest in photography, videography, or hands-on creative work
Familiarity with events, retail, or customer-facing environments

Responsibilities

Create and prepare vinyl lettering for customer signs, application, and shipping
Organize and ship marketing materials, displays, and promotional items for events, trade shows, and branch needs
Support setup, breakdown, and maintenance of event materials such as tablecloths, displays, and product displays
Assist with hands-on projects including vinyl, laser, and custom packaging work
Distribute promotional items such as calendars, gifts, apparel, and other marketing materials
Take photos at events, product shoots, and company activities as needed
Support basic design tasks such as signs, flyers, and internal marketing materials
Assist with simple video projects for internal or marketing use
Process requests for business cards and other office materials
Maintain inventory and restock supplies for marketing, events, and internal departments
Assist with applying vinyl graphics to company vehicles
Provide support for additional team tasks, including order processing and special projects
