About The Position

The Marketing Ambassador will provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. This role involves assisting guests with property information, loyalty programs, and current promotions, as well as anticipating and addressing guest service needs. The ambassador will work in conjunction with other departments, assist in executing casino floor promotions, issue player loyalty cards, take and forward accurate messages, and resolve guest concerns in a timely manner. Adherence to department attendance, uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements is essential, along with compliance to regulatory, department, and company policies. All job duties must be performed safely and responsibly.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be available for multiple shifts to include nights and weekends
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and possess strong organizational skills
  • Must have the ability to operate computer/computer software programs, computer printers/embossers, and other office equipment
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
  • Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Must be able to efficiently and accurately count money and gaming chips and make a change.
  • Possess the ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
  • Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Team members must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities
