The Marketing Ambassador will provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members. This role involves assisting guests with questions related to the property, loyalty programs, and current promotions, as well as anticipating and addressing guest service needs. The Marketing Ambassador will work in conjunction with other departments as needed, assist in executing casino floor promotions, and issue player loyalty cards. They will also be responsible for taking and forwarding accurate messages from guests, listening to guest concerns, and resolving issues in a timely manner. Adherence to department attendance, uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements is essential, as is compliance with regulatory, department, and company policies. All job duties must be performed safely and responsibly.
