About The Position

Cabazon Outlets is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support the General Manager in marketing operations, functions, and activities. The ideal candidate will be friendly, responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player with a can-do attitude. This role requires the ability to work weekends.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of two (2) years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Experience with social media management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit Center stores and identify key promotions and products to feature on social media.
• Photograph promotions and products in-store as well as special events directed by the General Manager.
• Coordinate with tenants for offers and opportunities for promotion.
• Assist with the creation of engaging social media content.
• Maintain all files as requested by the General Manager, ensuring marketing event files contain appropriate agreements and insurance requirements.
• Manage marketing archives and documentation.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate the distribution of property directories and other collateral material.
• Assist the General Manager in special event preparation.
• Perform special projects or other duties as assigned by leadership.
