About The Position

This position supports the Marketing team through hands-on creative production and execution. The Marketing Assistant works under the direction of the Marketing Manager and Marketing Senior to prepare materials, maintain brand consistency, and assist with day-to-day creative needs.

Requirements

Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Illustrator
Experience using Canva for basic design and layout support
Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand standards
Ability to take direction, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Organized and dependable with good time-management skills
Comfortable working in a structured, in-office environment
Willingness to learn firm-specific processes, tools, and templates
Basic understanding of print and digital design formats
Proficient verbal and written communication abilities in English.
Proficiency in visual communication is essential for this position. This includes the ability to convey ideas, concepts, and messages effectively through visual elements.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Relevant experience, coursework, certification, or a portfolio demonstrating creative ability is acceptable in place of formal education.
