About The Position

The Move-in Coordinator/Marketing Assistant assists the other members of the team in all areas related to marketing and admission. Primarily initiating and guiding new residents and their families through the initial signing process, move-in and admission process for Independent Living. Responsible for follow up and support for prospects and those prospects becoming residents. Assist with all marketing correspondence and monthly newsletters. Assist with tours of independent living and assisted living. Demonstrates an ability to operate a computer, copy machine, fax machine and maintain sales activity in CRM software. Assist with special events for marketing and prepare materials. Manages and resolves new resident issues and concerns. Completes inventory reviews for updates, incentives installed, etc. Prepare welcome reception for new residents. Process and report internal moves. Office administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to interact with visitors, residents and family members in a positive manner, addressing a variety of issues and circumstances
  • Must be detailed oriented and have excellent literacy and writing, documentation, communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fulfill other marketing personnel duties and responsibilities (Cross training)
  • Provide back-up support for sales
  • 1+ years of related experience

Nice To Haves

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with emphasis in office training is preferred
