About The Position

We are looking for a Marketing & Appointment Coordinator to help grow our sales pipeline by creating and executing marketing strategies and setting appointments for a top national Financial Advisor. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and comfortable communicating with clients and prospects. This role involves managing marketing campaigns, coordinating events, and handling appointment scheduling to drive engagement and convert leads.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years’ of experience in marketing or sales
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email and in person)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software
  • Social media and email marketing experience
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Financial industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answering the phone calls and greeting clients upon entering the firm
  • Calling and scheduling with prospects
  • Consistent follow-up with prospects
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with prospects and clients
  • Maintain marketing material and inventory
  • Update CRM with appointment and conversation details
  • Excellent communication; verbal and written
  • Proven ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks on schedule
  • Work independently and proactively to meet personal business goals
  • Assist team with administrative tasks, as needed
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned
  • Attend seminars, client events and networking venues
