About The Position

Servicon is seeking a Marketing and Sales Enablement Specialist to coordinate marketing work and provide client-facing enablement for Sales and Operations. The role works with a designer, copywriter, digital agency, web development specialist, and strategic communications partner. It briefs and manages their work, keeps projects on schedule, and maintains organized, on-brand assets. The position creates social content but does not write long-form copy or design. Marketing owns external communications; internal communications are managed elsewhere. The role manages projects in Trello, coordinates campaign assets and print production, and secures approvals. It also owns trade shows from planning through setup and breakdown, manages social channels and approved executive LinkedIn activity, and reports results. The role uses HubSpot and Taplio, attends weekly meetings, works independently, and keeps the Executive Director informed and aligned on significant decisions.
