The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will work across multiple functions within the Commercial business division, supporting various marketing functions, special projects, department operations, and administrative responsibilities. Approximately 30% of the role will involve supporting two executives (Chief Marketing Officer and Managing Director of Partner Development/Sales) with calendar management and project support, focusing on organization and meeting deadlines. The remaining 70% will be dedicated to owning or supporting marketing projects across the department, including strategic initiatives, digital marketing, marketing operations, and department operations. The role offers significant exposure to the marketing and commercial organizations and provides training on critical marketing skills for career development. This position can be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, D.C.
