Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Able to work on-site in Houston, TX
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing role
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred - but not required

Responsibilities

  • Execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives for local clients
  • Interact directly with customers to educate, assist, and recommend solutions
  • Support the sales cycle by tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and updating CRM records
  • Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
  • Assist with events, promotions, and community outreach campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize campaign performance
  • Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, marketing, and leadership skills
