Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Able to work on-site in Houston, TX
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable in a customer-facing role
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales preferred - but not required

Responsibilities

Execute marketing campaigns and sales initiatives for local clients
Interact directly with customers to educate, assist, and recommend solutions
Support the sales cycle by tracking leads, managing follow-ups, and updating CRM records
Build strong relationships to improve customer retention and satisfaction
Conduct market research to identify trends and growth opportunities
Assist with events, promotions, and community outreach campaigns
Collaborate with team members to optimize campaign performance
Participate in daily training sessions focused on sales, marketing, and leadership skills
Contribute creative ideas to improve customer acquisition strategies
