In the role of a Marketing and Communications Assistant, you will be responsible for the communications initiatives of the organization for a consistently growing event marketing company providing marketing, advertising, and consulting services to large national companies and corporations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management
  • Organize community events and serve as the company's spokesperson
  • Building relationships with customers and communicating promotional services
  • Developing community based strategies and campaigns
  • Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups
  • Coaches client reps in effective communication with the public and employees.
  • Analyzes the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services
  • Maintains the organization's image and identity
  • Collaborates with Operation Director to identify trends and evaluate advertising to determine whether it is in sync with the organization's public relation efforts.
