Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Comfortable working on-site at events and managing logistics
Passion for event marketing, brand promotions, and experiential campaigns

Nice To Haves

Internship or prior experience in event planning, marketing, or PR
Familiarity with event coordination tools or CRM platforms
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution for live events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns
Manage on-site communications with team members, vendors, and attendees
Support event logistics, including setup, breakdown, scheduling, and operations
Prepare marketing materials and event collateral (signage, presentations, attendee guides)
Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure smooth execution
Track and maintain event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI)
Provide customer-facing support to enhance attendee experience and brand engagement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event marketing strategies and campaign delivery
