About The Position

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative team member to support our cabinet company through customer communication, marketing, and coordination. This role combines customer service, lead follow-up, content creation, and administrative tasks to help grow the business and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using social media and basic technology
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Willing to travel locally to job sites
  • Basic knowledge of photos/videos (editing is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with incoming leads
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
  • Schedule consultations and site visits
  • Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments with clients
  • Create videos and content for social media
  • Post regularly on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
  • Promote completed projects and services
  • Visit job sites to take photos and videos of projects
  • Capture before, during, and after content for marketing
  • Update and maintain the company website
  • Upload new photos, projects, and service information
