About The Position
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and creative team member to support our cabinet company through customer communication, marketing, and coordination. This role combines customer service, lead follow-up, content creation, and administrative tasks to help grow the business and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using social media and basic technology
- Organized and able to multitask
- Willing to travel locally to job sites
- Basic knowledge of photos/videos (editing is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with incoming leads
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
- Schedule consultations and site visits
- Coordinate calendars and confirm appointments with clients
- Create videos and content for social media
- Post regularly on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook
- Promote completed projects and services
- Visit job sites to take photos and videos of projects
- Capture before, during, and after content for marketing
- Update and maintain the company website
- Upload new photos, projects, and service information
