About The Position

Fire Systems of Michigan is seeking an experienced Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to develop and execute targeted campaigns that engage prospects, nurture leads, and support the sales team. This role requires expertise in HubSpot email marketing, Salesforce workflows, and lead qualification strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality prospects. The company has been a leading provider of fire protection and life safety solutions for over 40 years, serving businesses across Michigan.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in email marketing, lead generation, or demand generation
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (email automation, sequences, segmentation)
  • Experience with Salesforce (lead tracking, workflows, reporting)
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, HubSpot analytics, or similar tools
  • Excellent copywriting skills for crafting engaging email campaigns
  • Ability to collaborate with sales teams and align marketing efforts to revenue goals

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fire protection or B2B service industries
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, LinkedIn outreach, or content marketing
  • Familiarity with Zapier, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or other automation tools

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns using HubSpot to generate and nurture leads.
  • Create segmented lists and personalized email sequences to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • A/B test subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to drive performance improvements.
  • Monitor email analytics (open rates, CTRs, conversions) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Research, identify, and qualify potential leads through digital channels, CRM tools, and inbound strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead scoring and handoff processes.
  • Implement automation workflows in HubSpot and Salesforce to streamline lead nurturing.
  • Develop and execute lead magnet strategies (webinars, whitepapers, gated content) to attract prospects.
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows to improve sales efficiency.
  • Ensure lead data is accurate and up to date in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, lead conversion rates, and overall pipeline health.
