Through print, digital, social, and experiential platforms, Westchester Magazine connects local businesses with consumers across dining, health, home, education, real estate, professional services, and more. Our integrated marketing solutions help partners build brand awareness, generate leads, and drive measurable results. We are growing our marketing team to further strengthen category-based lead generation and support continued sales growth. This role will support lead generation efforts across Westchester Magazine, 914INC., Westchester Home, Weddings, and Hudson Valley Magazine, developing targeted campaigns aligned with key categories and revenue priorities. We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to execute targeted email campaigns and drive category-specific lead generation that fuels sales growth. This role will own the planning, deployment, tracking, and optimization of email marketing initiatives while partnering with sales and marketing to convert engagement into qualified leads.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in email marketing, lead generation, or demand generation
  • Experience with email platforms (similar to HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce, etc.)
  • B2B and B2C lead generation experience
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and nurture strategy
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns to support category-specific lead generation goals
  • Develop segmented lists and targeting strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Manage campaign calendars, including promotional, nurture, and lead generation emails
  • Create and optimize email workflows, drip campaigns, and automated nurture sequences
  • Track campaign performance including open rates, CTR, conversions, and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze results and provide actionable insights to improve lead quality and volume
  • Partner with sales to align campaigns with priority categories and revenue opportunities
  • Own A/B testing strategy across subject lines, messaging, timing, and audience segments
  • Maintain database hygiene, list growth initiatives, and compliance with email best practices
  • Build landing page and email alignment to maximize lead capture and conversion
  • Report regularly on campaign performance and contribution to sales growth
