About The Position

MAB Community Services is seeking a creative, organized, and mission-driven Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to support our Advancement team. This role helps advance MAB’s mission through marketing, communications, storytelling, digital engagement, fundraising support, and community outreach. The Marketing & Engagement Coordinator will collaborate across MAB’s divisions to create engaging content, support campaigns, promote events, and strengthen awareness of the organization’s impact.

  • Experience with social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit development, or event coordination.
  • Experience with website platforms, email marketing tools, photography, video, or graphic design.

Responsibilities

  • Create and support marketing materials, digital content, newsletters, and communications.
  • Manage and schedule social media content across organizational platforms.
  • Assist with website updates, email campaigns, and online engagement efforts.
  • Develop and edit content including photos, videos, graphics, and impact stories.
  • Support fundraising events, community outreach activities, and donor engagement efforts.
  • Maintain marketing assets and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and social media analytics.
  • Support special projects and Advancement initiatives as needed.
